Dyrstad is a bedroom furniture set consisting of a bed, nightstand, and dresser. The pieces represent a broader concept: fully recyclable furniture made from EPS and cardboard. While cardboard is already common in furniture design, EPS (expanded polystyrene) is not — yet it enables freeform shapes and fast, low-cost production. Beyond circularity, the design aims to reduce CO₂ emissions mainly by reducing weight. Developed together with Kilian Nowak.
